The Hotel & Banquet is located along State highway 12 and is just 5km from the Jaipur Airport. It houses a banquet hall with spill-out, 2 restaurants, a bar/club, a business center, a rooftop swimming pool with gym and a commercial space (single or 5 shops) in addition to the 56 hotel rooms / suites.

The Architecture and Interiors of the Hotel while being modern and iconic have also laid great attention to being sustainable. In this regard historical Rajasthani references have been used extensively – like the jaali, water bodies and sunken courts. This being clubbed with modern methods like double glazing, cavity walls and the use of solar energy made the complex more economical to build and drastically lowers the running costs.
